The heat does not work - the jar of honey I had in the cabinet solidified when it got really cold outside. My electric bill averages $250 a month and the water bill, which comes from some company called Minol, averages $50 a month.

The construction is so poor that I have a variety of spiders of various sizes and other bugs plus little worms that come up through the low quality carpet. There is almost no padding under the junk carpet - it is one step up from living in a garage.

Don't bother to leave any phone messages on the recording that is almost always on because Management does not return calls. The most important thing to be aware of is that they are not honest and they are extremely rude.

It is overpriced. The sidewalks are crumbling. Trash dumsters are not emptied often enough. One time they sent a rudely worded flyer around to let us know that they will be having an employee police the buildings twice a month to be on the lookout for bags of trash that are left outside your door and there will be a fine for each bag removed. They asked that we call the office if we see any trash bags outside any doors and they will respond immediately - if only they would be as quick to respond to a repair call as they will be to a call for the TRASH POLICE!

They advertise that they have lighted tennis courts for you to use but you cannot use them after it gets dark - SO, TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND REMOVE THE ADS!

I could go on and on but the other reviews that have been posted say it for me. I went online and looked up other "Windsor Community Property" reviews in various other locations and it seems to be the way upper management wants the show run- ratings are similiar and consistently bad. TRUST ME - WHATEVER YOU DO - DON'T RENT HERE!!!
