Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
They look great from the outside and management was super nice until we signed the lease and you start living their it's like living in a paper box with paint.
* Rent At 1875 Per Month
* A Heating Bill Per Month - $275
* A Water & Sewer Bill Per Month - $ 78.00
* Management Fines for trash when dumpsters are filled constantly - $50.00 per bag
* Bug Problems because complex was built on wetlands
* Horrible Management
* COLD in the winter time even with the heat on
* Loud Noise From other apartments
MOVING OUT OF THIS OVER PRICED ICE BOX WAS PRICELESS :)
