They have a serious problem with the heating system not heating. I had to keep the thermastat at 95 degrees on cold days and still it did not get warm. The master bathroom was not usable in because it was freezing. When I complained I was asked if the thermastat was working and if it was then the heat was working. I was also told that all they would do is send someone in with a lazer something and tell me things are working. These people will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease. Beware of their deceptions. I was told to go to Lowes and buy plastic to put on the windows.

I live in the other Windsor complex in West Chester. Same thing with the heat issue! For a one bedroom, our bill was $200 a month! Our lease is up in May and we are out. We have friends that live in a 2 bedroom near us and their bill is 65.00 for a month. What a rip off. I have this company and they are a bunch of idiots! Do not rent from this company!
