We have lived here a few months. Its October and we already have a heater in our childs room. Its just horrible construction. The water is very expensive and you get billed two months behind. Maintenance has been out a few times to fix things and I just gave up. They are quick to respond. Our water takes 3-5 minutes to get warm. The apartments are very loud. Not so much from the people inside the apartments but if you live in a corner apartment you won't sleep. Both bedrooms are located on the stairwells and people run up and down at all hours of the night. I don't think the rent is to bad compared to other apartments and the staff is nice. The trash cans are always pilled up and for some apartments it is a long walk. But I don't think we will be living here after our lease is up. It is very pet friendly. Everyone here has a dog.
