New Management Seems to be good I met with one of the New Managers and they seem to have the right attitude for the place. They didn't say much, except that they were keeping the complex as a rental and not turning it into condominiums. They also said they were about to clean the place

Great Place!!! I have been here since 2004 and I hope I can stay here forever. The community is well managed by Catherine Collins.
The maintenance and office staffs are very responsive. Also, utilities are much lower than when I lived in a house.

Do not live here There are so many other places to live- avoid CC like the plague. The management is beyond horrible and rude. The apartments are older and not kept up. The heating/cooling bills are so high. There is no social atmosphere either.

love, love, love cornerstone villas now brandywine I love cornerstone villas, I have lived in many apartments in my lifetime and must say these are the most expensive, but worth it. The Garnet school district is wonderful,the apartments are classy, the staff is very nice, the maintence staff comes

NOT WORTH IT! In the winter the units are extremely drafty and although I kept my heat on 68 degrees, my electic bill was never under $300.00! You have to drive to the dumpster because there is only one in the whole complex and doing the summer the pool seems to have bankers hours! It is
