it wasn't bad Just an okay experience. The grounds look very nice, as do the apartments. There is a bit of wear and tear, and it could definitely be kept up better. There are spider webs and cobwebs, tiles are cracked, etc. They are very quick to fix these problems

Go somewhere else It is noisy. There are no elevators. Parking is limited because the spots fill quickly. Rent gets to be WAY over priced for this economy. Especially since the apartments are not updated.

Great place. Highly recommend! Great common area with pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. Apartments are well maintained with prompt maintenance response. Friendly and courteous staff. Great neighborhood mix of singles and families. Enjoyed living there.

We love it My husband and I moved into Windsor about 3 months ago and we absolutely love it! We barely hear any noise, the office staff is wonderful, friendly neighbors, having the pool is a nice feature, and overall we do not have any complaints!! We have lived at other locations

New Management Seems to be good I met with one of the New Managers and they seem to have the right attitude for the place. They didn't say much, except that they were keeping the complex as a rental and not turning it into condominiums. They also said they were about to clean the place

Great Place!!! I have been here since 2004 and I hope I can stay here forever. The community is well managed by Catherine Collins.
The maintenance and office staffs are very responsive. Also, utilities are much lower than when I lived in a house.
