You really can't lose here. You can walk to public transportation, a beautiful creek is nearby, the apartments are generally quiet and well kept, the staff is very responsive, Glenolden's park is two blocks one way, and a small (but very useful) shopping center is not too far away. Overall not a bad deal at all.
My annoyances are: THE FREAKIN CENTIPEDES and ants. Also, the jump in Rent every year of about $35 is just not right. Because the increase in rent is also combined with heat, electricity, water, and sewage are all paid BY YOU!!
