Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Mostly quiet location with decent parking. The tow trucks at 10:30 every evening at first in comical but becomes a pain. Ask for maintenance to look at something for you and it may take 3-5 days. Forget them fixing a hall light being out. That never happens. I actually replace the light bulbs on a frequect basis for my section of the apartment. Try to get a hold of management and you may wait a week. Overall the apartment was not bad to live in just the staff and management for the complex was a joke.
