Nice apartment, poor mgmt

My issues with Oak Trees
- Poor maintenance! If you have a maintenance request you must call the hotline and leave a message. You can't talk to a real person unless it is an emergency. For normal repairs you must leave a message and WAIT until they get back to you. On average it takes over a week just to hear back from someone. That being said, I would like to point out that the maintenance staff are friendly and nice guys. It's just that they take orders from the rental office who do a poor job of managing the properties.
- Unprofessional staff in the rental office. As I mentioned above, they do a poor job managing the properties. They will also try to blow you off when you call or will give you an attitude if you call to complain about something - like having to wait too long for a maintenance request.
- Old drafty windows.
- Pet rent. I mean seriously, my cat has to pay rent'!
Things I enjoy about Oak Trees
- Nice neighborhood.
- Ample-sized apartments.
- 2 bathroom apartments.
