Lousy Management

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
Barb was a pain to deal with. She was mean to everyone, that I know of, that lived there. I lived there for 4 years and couldn't wait to get out of there. The apartment would have mildew growing on the walls. They wouldn't care about it. We had health problems living there. The size and rent is good. Outside maintainence is bad. You get what you pay.
