I like the size of the rooms and it is quiet, but i have a few reservations. First the heating system in the apartment doesnt work as well as i would like- problem is more the age of the building rather than the apartment but still. The Kitchen cabinet and countertops ARE SMALL. There is not enough room to actually cook and few cabinets to store food or cookware- I had to buy to shelving units and a wood movable island to make it work. The parking is ok- i have always found a spot but my car has been dinged a lot- the spaces are small. Its all tolerable given its good location to two SEPTA stops and grocery stores/mall however I have serious complaints about the management. The manager is never around- and when i have been able to track her down it seems like my issues are more of a burden. I only stay there because of the location, size of the bedroom and my neighbors that are very nice. Oh and the washers and dryers are not that great-- costs too much considering you always have to run the dryer twice for one small load of clothes... I think they are old and need replacing. The maintenance crew is fantastic and the neighborhood is safe. Thats about all i can say...
