When I first visited the aprtments it was quiet there was a pool and air conditioning. The location was good, it seemed like a good deal.

Then I moved in. Wood floors, plasterwalls, (read as living in a drum). The oven didn't work, the tub wouldn't drain, the pool is cracked and will not be filled, no air-conditioning. People park their cars under your windows, Think doors slamming in the middle of the night next to your head is appealing' Then there is the shooting range on one side and the elementary school playground on the other. The Maintenance staff may fix something while they are entering your apartment without calling or knocking. If this sounds appealing sign a lease now there's always apartments empty(wonder why).
