The management in general is poor. We moved into the 3 bedroom and the oven looked like it was built in the 60's. We specifically asked if it worked and it didn't. Took us 3 hours to bake muffins that should have taken 10-20 minutes maximum. The manager stated we could use the dishwasher that came with the apartment and a few months later we got a letter saying we can no longer use it. Basement floods all the time, not only because of rain but due to clogged sinks in the basement/laundry room. Mice in the basement and earwigs and cockroaches in apartments. The basement ceiling is DETERIORATING pieces of the of the ceiling is falling. Windows are broken. Manager does not care for the tenants. IGNORES them. Bathroom sink hot water faucet does not work. Heat in the winter comes on when winter is practically over. There is a pool but they haven't opened it up in years. Poor lighting conditions. They take almost a month to fix light fixtures in hallways, which is extremely dangerous if you're going on stairs. Windows always leave a draft. At the main office there were soda cans all over the floor.
