Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
Mount Vernon Gardens used to offer a lot for your money; spacious apartments with a swimming pool and playground.
Now the place is falling apart! The pool sat stagnent one year and hasn't been filled for the last two.
The maintenance staff is HORRIBLE -- expect to wait weeks to get anything fixed, even if it is as severe as a broken kitchen sink.
The people in the rental office are rude and unhelpful.
If you are the kind of person who doesn't mind fixing your own apartment than perhaps this development is right for you, otherwise there are many other deveopments in and around glenside to choose from.
