Pros:
-Big rooms
-Good Parking
-Great Location
-Free Utilities
-Pool
-Great view of 4th of July Fireworks

Cons:
-They're too cheap to hire a lifeguard so the pool must stay closed.
-One year we were not allowed in because too many cars were already in our apts.
-Infested with all sorts of creatures. (I personally have encountered mice, earwigs, cockroaches, and silverfish.)
-Heat does not turn on until its deathly cold
-Windows always let cold air in
-Takes months to get things fixed. (Oven and dishwasher was broken and took months and many phone calls to get it fixed.)
-30 year old neighbors blasted music and smoked weed frequently (also had young children that threw pieces of burning paper out his window)
-Faulty fire alarm systems that would RANDOMLY come on
-random animals wandered the basement
-the ex manager came off as a bit of a racist
-there was a fire in a apt and in a car within a week from each other
-2 people terminally injured
