Rosemore is great if you are single or a couple just starting out. Other than that it's not great. The property is not taken care of very well, it is poorly lit, and the office staff and maintenance is horrible. I lived there for almost 4 years with a leaky bathroom ceiling that was never fixed, I had a rodent problem I had to take care of myself, and a heater that didn't work right for almost every winter I was there. If you call maintenance they take a very long time to respond and the problem you call about never really gets fixed. I wouldn't recommend Rosemore Gardens to anyone, unless it is only a temporary place to live.
