I have been miserable living in Rosemore for the past five months. I can't open my windows because they are falling apart and I am missing screens and some are ripped. My carpet is damp and my walls are mildewy. The appliances are disgusting and old. The hallways have never been cleaned since I've lived here and it always smells like rotting garbage. I have tons of bugs and my cat killed a mole in my kitchen! I am in a studio on the bottom floor and I do not feel safe. Grounds are overgrown, poorly lit, and covered with dirt instead of grass because the trash cart tears the grass up.

The neigborhood may be nice, but I do not recommend any sane person to these apartments. Management does not reply to maintenance requests. Horrible, disgusting place to live!!!
