I lived in building K for 2 years. I stayed only because their rent was reasonable.

The building is very old & lots of leaks in their ceilings. Several times I called the front office about leaking problems in my bedroom. They never got it repaired properly. My master bedroom wall was falling apart from water damage. I finally did it myself! I patched up the large hole in my wall & painted the room. Roof was still slightly leaking. I moved after this happen.



They only have one washer and one dryer for the whole building! I was always waiting in line to use them!



Neighbors are very nice and their age ranges are from 25 to 80 yrs old.
