Rosemore Gardens is probably the most horrible place I have lived in. My roomated and I have not even finished out our lease and are thoroughly digusted with the place. The management might as well not exist because they never fix anything they are supposed to and if they do, it is not fixed properly to stop the issues from happening again. I rarely see anyone in the office and the door is always closed by 4:30 in the afternoon (I guess that stops the people from coming home from work and complaining). The complex should be donated to a pharmaceutical company to condust their biology lab work because there is enough mold in this place to keep them busy for years. The appliances are outdated and barely functional. They used to collect the trash in each building, but conveniently enough, once the cold weather came, the residents (even the elderly or handicapped) have to carry their trash up unsafe steps and a damaged parking lot. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is a disgrace to a beautiful neighborhood and community. You should not have to pay to live here.
