This is a terrible place to live in just about every aspect. The apartments are built with the lowest quality materials, which you can guarantee will fall apart before your lease is up.....and you'd better believe they'll try to blame their shoddy workmanship on you. The maintenance staff is okay, once you finally get the office to acknowledge your maintenance issues. The property manager is completely incompetent, and will lie to residents to make herself appear helpful. The landlord isn't much better, if you approach him about having to move out he'll tell you to just leave...then you'll get a bill in the mail, and without hearing you out, he'll turn you over to a collections agency. The rent's low, but that usually means the residents can't afford a lawyer, which lets them walk all over you and your credit.
DON'T LIVE HERE!
