I am currently a resident at Rosemore Gardens and I cannot leave this place fast enough!! Kurt Oswald is a dishonest human being to say the least and he brought this place to ruins with his cheapness and lying. He has treated the residents (people who lived here for over thirty years) like trash and there has been a mass exedous of the place. He hires people who have no skills whatsover and I do mean WHATSOEVR!! The property manger uses profanity with every other word and it is obvious she was hired because the management refused to pay for a qualified individual.

The list of problems are endless;
mold, mildew, cheap fixtures that constantly break, ceilings caving in, sidewalks are hazardous to walk on, trash is everywhere and the list goes on. The landscaping is basically nonexistent and to add insult to injury Kurt Oswald left the property for someone else after he ran it into the ground!! He needs to be FIRED for what he has done to this place but have no fear, many of us will be taking Rosemore Gardens to court in the near future.

Who every wrote this is bored. Megan is a good person. She works her butt off all the time for us tenants. You are jealous because your life is leading to know where. She is getting the place back up and running again slowly, everyone needs to wait and see. So for who every wrote this BLOW IT.
