Hi this is Megan the Property Manger. I have a few things to say to all those people who are talking crap about Rosemore. One Kurt was a good guy to work with. He did everything he could to help the tenants out. We are not cheap, we are not a ripoff. We do things around the apartment complex all the time. We are making things better now. I for one am trying to get Rosemore back up to a great place to live. But there are a few things that the tenants don't do to help. One is we are not your maids, we pick up the trash around the apartment complex every day. Those who are lazy and don't feel like throwing away your trash in the dumspter, you are the ones making this place trashy. Those who are loud and don't care about you surrounds, you guys are the ones who don't care. Those who don't care about how you live well then you guys are trashy. If you don't like the way I am doing things here at Rosemore well then tell me and I will fix the problem. If you don't like my guys then tell me and I will fix it. You guys as tenants can help out by throwing away your trash, keeping the noise down, then maybe it would make things better. As a property manager I think Rosemore is getting better. Things are going to happen soon, you guys have to wait and see. So I am asking please stop talking trash about Rosemore. I may not be perfect but I am doing my job working hard to make everyone happy here at Rosemore.

it would have been nice if we had been given the dumpster we were promised in the spring down the opposite end of the complex.
