The price is very affordable for this area. The complex is in a decent area, and there?s plenty of parking. However, the complex is obviously neglected. The trees are so overgrown that during rainstorms (that?s right, not even with wind) big branches sometimes fall off. And when it rains all the branches hang over the sidewalks and you have to duck under them. Also, the place isn?t too lit outside - they could do better in this department. The interior hallways are dingy. It?s just very obvious that management does not take care of the place.
