Rosemore Gardens is not the most well kept place. The grounds are overgrown and not well lit, and the hallways need a makeover. The windows are very old and a bit drafty. Management is detached and annoying. However, I accept all this gladly in light of the low rent and the terrific neighborhood. I intend to live at Rosemore Gardens for 2 - 3 years until I buy a home in the area. I'm quite comfortable there, but if I were thinking long term I would probably find the faults more objectionable.

The doors and halls are wide - this place is designed for easy in and out. The walls aren't very thin, so I don't hear much from the adjacent apartments. And the location is an easy walk from downtown Glenside, which is a very stable and pleasant community.

I love living in Glenside. I don't mind living in Rosemore Gardens.
