Slumlords(Who manages this place......OMG) All I have to say is NO HEAT in the winter, the A/C Sucks, you can't get ahold of management(Very Incompetent), maintenance?????(does it really exist). The hallways Reaks OF urine from the pets they allow and let's not forget the rats

Excellent Overall. Highly Reccomend! I lived in this complex twice (came back after 2 years in another place). The manager does an outstanding job. He is extremly friendly and helps with EVERYTHING you need. The place is amazingly clean inside and out.

love it Hillbrook apartments has been great. Maintenance is friendly and responds quickly. Nice quiet little place. Common area in the middle is great for kids to run around (just don't be too noisy) some neighbors get angry. Would live here for a long time if needed.
