I am a resident here for the past six months. This apartment really sucks. Very poor maintenance and management. We live in the basement floor. Once it rained, all the sewage came upon on our bathroom tub. Black mold is clearly shown in the bathroom walls and windows. Please don't

Perfect i loved living here! i was here for two years and could not have asked for a better place to live. it was quiet, the staff was friendly, and all of my neighbors were friendly. it was a great community and i would highly reccomend living here.

very nice I think simco management apts are very clean, nice, and well maintained. The staff are there to help you 24 hours a day. It is quiet and set in a nice neighborhood. It is very convienent, sheetz, walmart, and county market are all within about 1/4 mile
