The owners of Town & Country Apartments has to be a money hungry bastard. I really do not reccomend that you do not live in these apratments. Do not even be one day late on your rent. If so, you have to pay an extra 60% of your rent which for me is more than $60.00 becuase my rent is $605 a month for a one bedroom apartment. Dont get me wrong, the insides of these apartments are very nice but i could be owning a house for the same price. Also if you are young, the noice ordnerance is at 10:00. Each of the buildings in Town and Country echos so you have to whisper after 10:00. Not only do they charge you 60% for one day late on your rent, they also charge you $300 to have a cat. If you are atleast a week late on your rent they also take you to court. On top of all that, if you want to break your lease, you have to pay 2 months of your rent, which for me would be well over $1200. And if your are planning on renting an apartment here, whatever you do, dont lock yourself out of the house, because they charge you $25 to send the maintenance guy a few yards over to the office to get you a key to let you in the house. When they let you in the house, they don't even ask you for your I.D. so just anyone could come in and say that they locked themselves out of YOUR apartment.
