Horrible maintenance - I lived in this place for 3 years and the whole time i was there my mom complained about my window seal in my bedroom being broken, they never fixed it. Since they never fixed it my room grew mold all over the window up the wall it was horrible. Our garbage disposal and dishwasher keep breaking they NEVER ever fixed it my dad had to. Just left the dump The manager and maintance man are both rude and lazy people who only repair things at the slowest speed there is and try to never have to do anything. The owners should really check into the situation and make the needed changes.

NO! NO! NO! WAY overpriced (for the area), small, outdated, half a$$ed maintenance, ants, water, mold, drafty, etc, etc, etc. Do yourself a favor and look for elsewhere. You can find a house or duplex to rent for pretty much the same price.

If all else fails... My wife and I have actually lived here on two seperate occasions. In 1999, we lived in a 2 BR Townhouse and currently we are living in a 2 BR apartment. Parking is a bit of a problem and one of our cars has been hit due to the small parking spaces. The neighborhood children

I HATE Town & Country The owners of Town & Country Apartments has to be a money hungry bastard. I really do not reccomend that you do not live in these apratments. Do not even be one day late on your rent. If so, you have to pay an extra 60% of your rent which for me is more than $60.00 becuase
