Pretty Good! - I've been living here since January of 2006 and haven't had any problems. Parking is never an issue, maintenance is prompt and friendly, the office staff has always been kind to me. trailer park this place might as well be a trailer park. Old neighbors sit outside and have nothing better to do than talk about everyone all day. The couple that run the place are morons. I have no idea how they continue to run the place. If you like crack heads and poor people move in.

Just left the dump The manager and maintance man are both rude and lazy people who only repair things at the slowest speed there is and try to never have to do anything. The owners should really check into the situation and make the needed changes.

NO! NO! NO! WAY overpriced (for the area), small, outdated, half a$$ed maintenance, ants, water, mold, drafty, etc, etc, etc. Do yourself a favor and look for elsewhere. You can find a house or duplex to rent for pretty much the same price.

If all else fails... My wife and I have actually lived here on two seperate occasions. In 1999, we lived in a 2 BR Townhouse and currently we are living in a 2 BR apartment. Parking is a bit of a problem and one of our cars has been hit due to the small parking spaces. The neighborhood children
