Go find a place better at ANY price - I was in no hurry to move, but while looking, stumbled across this apartment complex. It's wonderful to say the least. Sure, kids yell. Where I owned my home, in a cul de sac, it was 20 times worse!! The kids were out of control there, and riding electric vehicles in the street, and throwing illegal fireworks on our homes.
