Large apartments, reasonable rent until they decided to lower the rent $20 dollars and make tenants pay for their own gas heating and hot water. That might not be too bad if the rent were lowered more, and the place were energy efficient.
If you're under age 50, you might want to consider living someplace where the people are younger. The average age of the residents at Beaufort Manor is 75.
