Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
Moved into an apartment here out of convenient location, and due to lack of time before new job when moving. In a nutshell, it's right next to the I-81/83 split, and noise from traffic is *very* noticeable on many occasions. Maintenance is poor, and tends to take a decent amount of time for things to be fixed (or right, for that matter).
