We have lived in Beaufort for 3 years, during which they have changed staff atleast 3 times; but the Office staff keeps getting more and more rude with time. They are never available on the phone and they never return phone calls, so talking to them means going to work late that day. When you do go to the office, you would find them watching TV (they seem too busy with watching TV to answer your phone calls). And when you force them to get away from the TV and deal with your problems, they keep interrupting you and are so ill-mannered that you wonder if they even went to school forget having a decent education.

My dishwasher has not worked for the past more than one year and they refuse to do anything to fix it. The detergent marks that the dishwasher leaves on the dishes are called "Water Marks" by the staff and they blame it on the water company saying they send us hard water...when we pursue these problems with the management, they say everyone else in Beaufort lives with these problems and hence we should too. If they don't do anything about our problems, why do they increase the rent every year''

When they buy appliances such as dishwashers they dont buy any warranty and tell us that we can purchase the warranty if we want to !!!!!!!!
