It is managed by the same individuals that manage Piccadilly Square, and the previous review is correct. The manager has an attitude problem and is very discriminating towards people. The places are poorly insulated (to the extreme of poorly) and they just state "it is because these homes are old". Yeah well you could put in new windows or maybe level the floors and use some insulation. Or better yet not have the furnace and a/c on the 3rd floor so that they have to blow down instead of up. They tried to say we had a 3 bdrm but the "3rd" bedroom was an open room at the top of the stairs with no wall or door enclosure. Would you want that for your "room" In general for the money DEFIANTLY NOT WORTH IT.
