This place is a wreck. In the winter the maintence people plow you in after you have just dug yourself out, and in the summer it takes them weeks to mow the grass. Every other month they are changing where/how your rent is to be collected. No one on the premises is able to answer any questions that a tenant might have, they refer you to a number in New Jersey and even after leaving numerous messages no one ever calls you back. We were working with a month to month lease, got a letter saying we had to give 60 days notice of when we were going to be moving out. Gave our notice on the 16 of April that we would be leaving June 16 (60 days notice) and on June 1 we were told that we had to pay for the entire month of June even if we were leaving on the 16. Kids are running around with no supervision, have found broken bottles and used condoms in the grass in front of our apartments. Numerous times our neighbor had his car broken into. I wouldn't suggest that my worst enemy lives in this horrible place
