Horrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived at the Brooks for 1 year and it is the worst experience of my life. My lease is about up and I will not renew it I have bad windows everytime it rains my floors get soaked have call many time but no one in that office seems to care.My heat has gone out so many times it's not even funny. The Brooks is like living in the projects so beware.
Oh yeah if you contact the management company in NJ no one ever calls back...The way they collect the rent is simple also you can only pay your rent on the first before 3 or mail it to New Jersey. I tried paying my rent early and they wouldn't take it come on now the fools....
Young kids play in the parking lot like it is a playground..I see bike's running into cars, trash on the ground it is just plane horirble...
