I have lived here for about a year and it is by far the worse place ever. Half way through our lease very loud neighbors moved in and play their music so loud that we can actually not just hear the bass but the lyrics as if we were playing the music in our apartment. So at 11 pm this goes on 3-4 days a week not including the other 4-5 hours a day it happens, so we complain and they surprise, surprise do nothing when we told them about it.

Our maintance is non existant we have cracks in just about every room, our shower faucet drips rust and turns the bathtub bottom orange every day, it is expensive to heat and use the a/c because the windows are so poor, and the balcony is nice but since we are next to the highway whatever you leave outside gets a thick yellowish-green dirt coating over it from the traffic.

The amount of children who pretty much run rampant around is also very annoying, they play in the parking lots and are out until like 11 pm at night and i don't mean teenagers, you can hear young children yelling that late. Someone actually stole something from our neighbors door.

In general it seems this complex is very popular with lower income families and feels more like the harrisburg projects. if you are looking for a nice place that is relaxing and safe i would definately not pick this place, i would spend the extra money and live somewhere that provides better service from the leasing office and better neighbors.
