they were so disorganized...we wanted to see a 2 BR townhouse...all they could show us was an apartment and we were expected to make our decision from seeing that. WHAT'! totally different. we showed up at 10:30 as planned and waited til 11:15 for someone to come show us an apartment we didn't even want.

they kept asking if we were these other people and we kept saying no. i don't know what that was about.

i think the girl showing us the place was late because she had just woken up...she was in her pyjamas and was still wiping away eye crusties.

maybe it's a nice place to live, but i wouldn't know. the lack of organization just to VIEW a place frightened me.

we never did see the townhouse there. a few hours later we were approved at williamsburg estates, and we got exactly what we wanted--and were able to see it first.

no brook for me! i can even hear noise from there from my own complex.

I called ahead to schedule a tour of an apartment, but when I arrived (after 1.5-hour drive), I was told they had no record of my appointment and couldn't show me anything. I left and didn't come back.
