I'm not sure where to start.....

When I first started looking for apartment I was told some of the apartments had storage but some units didn't because the prior owners didn't maintain the storage. A year and a half later most of the storage bins are without doors and walking into some of the areas where the storage is is like walking into a tomb with spider webs and no lighting.

I live in a basement apartment and the hallway leading to my apartment has mold growing on the walls. Nothing is being done about it. This is a serious health issue. The was a stabbing a few weeks ago which was scary enough because according to news reports an apartment was broken into to commit this crime but some of the apartments do not even have deadbolt locks. Mine is one those apartments. I requested that a deadbolt lock be installed and I am still waiting after several weeks. So if someone ever breaks into my apartment and anything is stolen or I am injured you better believe there will be a lawsuit.

I was told by the leasing agent when I moved in that the prior management company left everything fall apart but I do not see where the current management is doing anything to improve the condition of the apartments.

The rent isn't bad but you definitely will got what you pay for. I could go on and on.....

If management does not show some concern for the issues I have brought to their attention I will be looking for another place to live.
