you should know better than to lease an apartment sight unsees. so people have no right to complain about that. most of the complaints on here are in part the fault of the person complaining.
my one bedroom had new carpet and tile installed before i moved in. the windows, are not well insulated but they do lock and not leak. gas prices are going to be high regardless of where you live because that is the way of it these days. although, i haven't had a problem with astronomical bills.
the section i live in is very quiet at night. you have the odd speeder but that is it. i've never felt unsafe when i take my trash out at night. the complex is well lit.
the complex is located right next to the mall and the bus comes through every fifteen or twenty minutes roughly. that convenience carries with it the price of the stray teenager or three wakling through the complex.
bottom line, you get alot for what you pay for. you wouldn't be able to find a comparable apartment for a more reasonable price unless you did move into the ghetto
