One cannot fathom just how bad this complex is. There are more police dispatched to this location than just about anywhere in Harrisburg. Crime is rampant (shootings, rapes, break-ins, etc). Buildings are falling apart and management might as well not be there for all the good they do. Management company is located out of state and won't return calls. Don't expect help if you ever need it.

Save yourself the headache and DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. I did and was so very sorry. I needed a place quickly, as I was relocating and no one else had anything open. I now see why. Look around and see how many apartments are empty. If there are many, there is a reason for this. I moved out as soon as it was humanly possible. There are nearby communities (one of which I moved to) within a two mile radius that are far superior to this place. The rent may be slightly higher, but trust me, there is no price on safety where you live. It's just not worth it. Check the rest of the ratings on this site before making a rash decision you WILL regret.
