I read what other people were saying about a place I've called home for 3 years and had to respond. The bad reviews I read were probably from people who are nit picky crybabies. In the past 3 years I've seen vast improvements in both the property and the management. Whenever I have a problem in my apartment it is taken care of qyuickly. There is no more crime here than anywhere else. One review said they moved less thasn 2 miles away. If the crime is like they said than why did they only move such a short distance' Take these reviews at what they are. Usually only complainers post to these sites, which is why I felt I had to write my own review and defend my home. If you are thinking of moving here, take a look for yourself and don't belive the negative reviews.

"Crybabies"? I don't think so. Look at other reviews and you will see that not all reviewers are negative. There are some communities that have plenty of positive feedback. I know a law enforcement professional and it's a FACT that more police are sent and there is more criminal activity at The Brook than just about any other community in Harrisburg. As for the person that moved two miles a way? That's just more proof that the COMMUNITY is bad, NOT necessarily the area. Use your brains people. You can see from the 17% recommendation rating that you do NOT want to live here, no matter how inexpensive it may be. You will regret it. Spend the extra money and go somewhere better. Nicer places are out there.
