Most of the times, the flush chokes and there is dirty water. Complaints are not heard soon, u need to make successive complaints. They make a fool at the time of signing lease. The security deposit is never returned., alwasy deducted as other damages to the apartment even if u vacate the apartment clean. AC and Heat does not work efficiently therby raising ur electric and gas bills. The apat. do not provide with heat even free, you have to pay for it though at the time of lease signing they tell heat is included in rent. Overall not recommended.
