If I weren't moving for a job relocation I would remain here. As other reviews note, some apartments are older and not renovated but both the one bedroom and two bedroom I rented in the four years I was here were renovated with newer appliances and carpet.
Management and maintenance have both been very good. There were some minor issues with both apartments when I moved in but they were resolved the same day. My two bedroom was cheaper (by about $100/month) and larger than others I have seen at other communities, which I why I stayed put for so long. Also, the pool is the largest I've seen in the area.
I have not had any problems here. My only comlaint is how fast some people drive through the complex.
In the four years I have been here there have been many positive changes made and I would rent here again.
