I visited this place while I was looking for an apartment - the model they show you is very nice, but the actual apartment was not like that at all. It was all really old appliances, tiny, dark, water-damaged. I was later warned by a coworker that the crime rate in the area is very high. In addition, the staff was very rude. Maybe not all the apartments in this complex are like that, but I wouldn't take my chances.
