the good ,sounded fine until we moved in . bad mistake we paid up the ying yang for,getting plowed in (my wifes disabled) mis fits for mantenance, well they do as they`re told ,O.K management problem, w.t.f. there is no management they get your rent then f--- you until next month. PLease don`t loose your job due to economy, i was 2 weeks late they charged me 160.00 and threatened me with eviction and court cost . I payed on time for 1 1/2 years fell a little behind, now that i`m payed up i`m a human again !!! these rat ba--ards are all about turn over !! not people, i still take a shower with water up to my ancles this is a ---- hole , maintenance has been here 8 times .Call a fu--ing real plumber i`m about too and take it out of the rent(sue me for doing your job) ADVICE ; never move in to a place ,that has no lights,and the office staff is overly nice(offered me stale coffee and week old donuts )If you move here after reading these reviews you deserve it!!!!!!!!

well the good bad and ugly was how i thought last yr.the place is getting better it just takes time, i guess!Since working in the maintenance field i understand more about protocall and such,the management as well as the maintenance dept ,have their hands tied.they are told what to do and how to do it.they also have someone they have to answer to!my apologies for putting the blame were it did not belong.
