Stay away from this place unless you like receiving new rules and regulations impossed on you. Stay away from here if you do not care that management does not respond to or follow thru your written requests. Anytime you call the office they tell you that you have to "put that" in writing. Then they just ignor it. Guess they are busy dreaming up new rules and distributing the now daily enforcement letters. This place is really bad since Morgan Properties took it over. It was no joy before either. STAY AWAY - YOU'VE BEEN WARNNED. Plus the monthly pet fee is a cash cow for this place.

Did the same person write a reply to all these reviews?? Try going back to school before you decide to write anymore illegable reviews. The Brook is a fine community and Morgan Properties is a great company if you pay your rent and act respectful.
