I do not live at the Brook, but I have visited several times and live in the area.
Do not live at the Brook unless you are a step above being homeless. It is the most unsafe place in the area. I believe that the Brook has contributed to the deterioration of the quality of lifestyle of the Colonial Park area. It is sad a city has to go downhill because of the residents at an apartment complex.
If you are from out of town, please do not be misled by the cheap prices or website pictures of the Brook.....please be warned.
