First they will lure u saying all nice that 24 hrs maintainance etc. but no if u complain about ur A/C not working they will say its not an emergency and no one will come to look at it for weeks. Similarly, They say there r 2 bathrooms in every appartment but what they don't tell u that u can't use both the bathrooms simultaneously cause if u use one the other will get no hot water then what's the use of 2 full bath. Speaking of hot water, u will have to pay the electricity bill for using the hot water cause boiler is in your appartment itself. So save all this trouble and rent a nice appartment which will give u physical as well as mental peace.
