Camelot Village Apartments

This place is the worst.Place constantly needs repairs, unfriendly staff in the office.(they think YOU work for THEM) The place won't even let you have a Xmas tree! Mold grows on the walls and all they do is paint over it. They won't even hire someone to see if the place is safe. Electricity bills run around $250-$300 a month because of the old and outdated AC/Furnaces! One of these days theres gonna be a big lawsuit against the owners(PMI) and against the staff. If you call to complain about anything they will try to evict you!! Only good thing about this place is the friendly maintainance staff. Beware of Camelot Village in Harrisburg!!!

What a LIE. This posting is just someone's childish attempt at "getting even" becasue they can't follow the rules of the lease and as far as thier electric It probably has less to do with your furnace and more to do with your inability to turn lights off and tv off when not in use. Also, If you go on the budget plan you shouldn't be so high, unless of course you ARE doing loads of laundry every day and you leave your lights and TV on ALL the time. DUH! The staff here is great . Nice and polite. YES You CAN have a christmas tree, you just can't have a real one because of it being a fire hazard.. jeesh. READ YOUR NEWSLETTER! Get your story right "anonymous". And if you have mold I gotta ask if it really is the aprtment's fault or the condition you keep your apartment. Bottom line. Camelot IS a good place to live. Anyone with half a brain though knows better enough than to take advice from and ANONYMOUS post but would rather go to the property itself and check them out and make up thier own adult mind. I did! and I am very Happy.
