Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Happy here! Staff always nice to work with when I called. Electric can get high in winter if you aren't on PPL budget plan. (but that's more the electric rate hike than the furnace I think) I've never had a problem with mold but then again I am a clean freak. And many of my neighbors have been here for years!It's an older place but has been renovated. Overall a nice place to live.
