They will claim they have an apartment for you that is not ready. They will ask for $100 to hold it in your name. Then they will say that apartment is no longer available. When you ask for your $100 back they keep $50 for their so-called trouble to read the application that you took the time to fill out. They will then tell you about the fine print on the application that says ?? the $100 was just so you can fill out the application. They have a lot of people who look for apartments. That $50 must really start paying off for them. I can understand If they are not able to provide the apartment they promised. Things happen. But a reasonable organization would make it right if the situation had nothing to do with the customer. We were mislead a number of times by the staff. Watch your step.
I suspect most of the positive reviews on this page are from staff. We have heard many negative things since this experience.

Most $100 are not refundable at most communities, if they are charging a fee its because they pulled your background check and credit, and spent the time to process the app by verifying landlords and employment. Its a little more then just their trouble to read it. Always read the fine print. And trust me they are not making much money if anything on $50 after their fees to run the app.
